★★★ An interesting start to Kat T. Scott’s Indecent Proposal series. I was hoping there’d be more of a camaraderie between the 4 characters but at this point it seems like the greatest potential is for a romance between Vivian and George. Though Vivian is also attracted to George’s wife Cathleen, and she loves her husband Rave. But Rave seems to be pretty wrapped up in his own agenda. Vivian and George’s scene was my favorite. I was intrigued to learn the billionaire’s backstory and discover he wants something deep with Vivian. Even though he’s just met her, there’s a connection there and he cares. Misunderstandings are frustrating but Scott has lain the groundwork for what’s to come, romantic possibilities and a series of erotic fun.
