★★★ A collaboration with “Bookflix” in Hawaii brings a world of drama and hot romance to this very unlikely pairing, alpha hero and billionaire Daniel Dufort and romance author Harper Kane. Daniel doesn’t do relationships (he’s being blackmailed into marrying a senator’s daughter, though apparently, for him, that’s just another day at the office!) and he’s the last thing Harper needs. But fall for him Harper does and Daniel falls just as hard – his world is already upside down when the two meet, but the beautiful and alluring Harper Kane turns Daniel’s life on its head. There’s sexy fun, lots of swearing, and plenty of obstacles to overcome. Can Daniel undergo a complete transformation and become the man Harper needs? Or is it possible he’s been that man all along? Seeing Daniel stand up for himself was very gratifying and, hands down, my favorite part of the story. The end will leave you with a smile.
