★★★★ A fun read. And fast. Very fast. It feels like Maddie’s only just met Liam and already she’s hopping on a plane saying goodbye. Maddie wants some hot, no-strings attached romance. And she finds exactly what she’s looking for when she encounters Liam at Mardi Gras. The premise is exciting but honestly, I wish we’d gotten to know more about the mysterious man behind the mask, who says all the right things and gives Maddie the weekend of her dreams. There’s a surprise hint of more to come – I suspect Maddie and Liam haven’t seen the last of each other but at this point I’m not sure they’ve so much as seen each other’s faces unless I missed that entirely. Excitement, intrigue and hot, sexy fun will have you zipping through this short erotic romance in less than night. I like a quick read and I enjoyed these characters very much. Honestly, I could have gone for a little more.
