★★★★★ Liam Maxwell has to be one of the most arrogant heroes I’ve come across in my reading, and damn the man is hot! The title, blurb and cover don’t do this story justice – Billionaire Bossman was one of my favorite reads in 2026! We get a predictable but intriguing twist early on which sets up this incredibly erotic enemies-to-lovers romance. I’m not sure I’d call Liam and Avery “enemies” in the traditional sense, but Avery certainly can’t stand her new boss, and she can’t keep her hands off him either. Nervy dialogue and a taste for kinky adventure had this story a gem keeping me hooked until the last page. It did feel like someone flicked a light switch as Liam falls in love hard and fast but I guess that had to happen to get to happily ever after, right? The ending is so sweet, brings everything together perfectly. I didn’t think the epilogue was necessary – it actually I felt like I was reading a completely different story, but I can see why the author wanted to include it since the book it was a part of is no longer in print. If you like your erotic romance served up hot and shocking, definitely give this one a try!
